A sweet treat made with fresh Georgia peaches that is as delightful as it is simple to make. A blender does most of the heavy lifting, and my toddler loved joining in to help!

Ingredients
- 1 cup diced peaches (about 4-5 whole)
- ¼ cup La Lechera dulce de leche
- ½ cup condensed milk
- 1 ½ cup heavy cream or double cream
- 2 pinches flaky sea salt
- Chopped honey-roasted pecans

Directions
- Cut a cross at the base of the peaches, and blanch them in a pot of rapidly boiling water for 2-3 minutes
- Peel and dice the peaches into small chunks
- Add peaches, La Lechera dulce de leche, condensed milk, heavy cream or double cream, and flaky sea salt in a food processor or blender and blend until well combined
- Pour into a shallow freezer-safe dish and sprinkle in preferred amount of honey-roasted pecans
- Freeze for 6-8 hours, or until soft set

Pairs well with warm cinnamon pecan bread
