Super quick and easy meal with zero prep needed. Sweet, spicy, and savory, these noodles pack a punch! Very adaptable dish – can be customized with added veggies or protein.
Ingredients
- ~2 Cups Egg Noodles
- 2 tbsp. Oil of Choice (Sesame Oil Recommended)
- 1 ½ tsp. Chili Flakes of Choice
- 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
- ⅓ Cup Chopped Green Onions or Red Onions
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tbsp + 2 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Gochujang

Directions
- Boil egg noodles until soft
- Heat oil in large frying pan on medium heat
- Pour chili flakes into small bowl, and add the hot oil
- Return to pan, and stir in brown sugar until melted
- Quickly add onions, minced garlic, and soy sauce to pan and stir continuously until well combined
- Add Gochujang and stir until melted and bubbly
- Lastly add your cooked egg noodles with a splash of the pasta water
- Toss and fry in mixture until noodles are slightly firm and tender
- Enjoy!
